Senior Project Manager (Tier)

The U.S Architectural Glass and Metal (USAGM) Senior Project Manager (SPM) is an important role within the Operations Management team. The position of Senior Project Manager provides experience in: vendor management, blueprint reading, estimation, relationship building, schedule management, cost controls, and change order management. The Senior Project Manager is a highly competent individual with an enthusiastic and self-motivated demeanor, managing all aspects of the glazing industry. The SPM requires strong construction, leadership, organizational and diplomacy skills.

Project Manager (Level 1 Office & Field)

The US Architectural Glass and Metal (USAGM) Project Manager (PM) is an important role within the Operations Management team. The position of Project Manager provides a fantastic experience in Project Management, Vendor Management, Blueprint Reading, Relationship Building, Schedule Management, Lessons Learned Management, and Cost controls, Paperwork management, Change Order Management and is well suited for anyone with a technical construction background that also enjoys interacting with customers. The Project Manager requires strong construction, leadership, organizational and diplomacy skills. The Project Manager is required to run multiple projects simultaneously completing them on time and under budget. Be able to delegate and manage Assistant Project Managers as a mentor.

Project Coordinator/Administrator

The project administrator knows how to effectively strategize a plan and, monitor projects. The Project Administrator will ensure adherence to set timelines and budgets and frequently report on progress. Project Administrators are organized, experienced candidates with strong interpersonal skills. They provide administrative support to project management, project executives and the overall operations team. Project administrators are expected to maintain neat, orderly, complete legal documents and project files. They are expected to be flexible in assisting other team members as needed.

Estimator

The U.S. Architectural Glass and Matal (USAGM) Estimator is an important role within the Sales Management team. The position of Estimator provides a fantastic experience in Blueprint Reading, Relationship Building and paperwork management, and is well suited for anyone with a technical background that also enjoys interacting with customers. The Estimator requires strong technical and organizational skills, ability to respond to inquiries via electronic devices, telephone or computer and interaction with customers in a calm and friendly manner.
